Our system uses real hospital data and state averages to give you accurate comparisons.
Possible savings are based on the most favorable comparable price for you:
- Hospital Average: We compare your charges to the hospital's own average for the same procedures.
- State Average: We also compare to the state-wide average as a fallback and secondary benchmark.
- Best-Case Benchmark: We take the lower of the hospital and state averages to represent a realistic negotiation target.
Formula: Possible Savings = max(0, Your Total Charges − min(Hospital Average, State Average))
We round all calculations to whole dollars for clarity and accuracy.
Our pricing is transparent and affordable:
- Per Code Cost: $10.00 per CPT/HCPCS code

We currently support the following file formats:

Requirements:
- File size must be under 10MB
- Document must be a medical bill or explanation of benefits (EOB)
- Must contain CPT/HCPCS codes (procedure codes)
